Hi, my name is Andrea. I was born and raised in Skewen, Wales. When I was 21, I travelled to Canada to work as a Nanny. In Canada, I became a school teacher, met my husband, and had my family. As I've gotten older, I've missed Wales and the beautiful Welsh people and countryside. I purchased this cottage in the Brecon Beacons as my 2nd home, to explore with my family the Welsh landscape and share with my family my Welsh heritage. When I'm not in Wales, I offer my cottage to walkers and their families to enjoy the beautiful area. I backpacked several parts of the world and appreciate the need for a safe, comfortable home base on walking travels and getaways. My fabulous brother and his family live 10 minutes away and help run the cottage and welcome guests locally. When you book your stay, you will be communicating with me, my husband, my brother, or my wonderful sister-in-law. We are fully committed to you enjoying a comfortable, safe stay.
